  24. DALLAS-May 11, 1994-Perot Systems Corporation today formed its
  25. first strategic technology partnership in five years with NeXT
  26. Computer, Inc. to develop and deliver advanced business solutions
  27. with NEXTSTEP, NeXT's award winning object-oriented software.  As
  28. part of the relationship, Perot Systems will join NeXT's Object
  29. Channel, a channel designed for systems integrators and
  30. value-added resellers who want to offer their customers advanced
  31. enterprise-wide, client/server systems and custom software
  32. solutions.

  36. assist customers with developing and implementing business
  37. strategies and improving processes that will give their

  58. Object Channel members will also take advantage of OpenStep, the

  60. Interfaces (APIs), and its implementation in SunSoft's Solaris.
